Old Bull Farms

is named as a tribute to Paul's brother Joe, who passed away unexpectedly on December 18, 2003.

Joe was affectionately known as "The Old Bull" which takes it origin in the classic tale "The Old Bull and The Young Bull".

The old bull and the young bull were standing at the top of the hill overlooking a paddock of many gorgeous young heifers. The young bull said "Let's charge down the hill, knock over that fence and service one of those heifers!". The old bull replied "Why don't we saunter down the hill, open the gate, take a sip at the water trough and then service all of those heifers"
It takes years to learn those lessons.....

Joe epitomized the "Old Bull" and went about his day to day activities in a manner which was thoughtful , pragmatic and never rash.
